Last but not least... my very favourite Dear Lizzy Neapolitan Card!

"Birthday Wishes" Sunburst card
Make a square base from white cardstock.  Using a sunburst template (you can find one at splitcoaststampers.com) cut sunburst wedges from various paper.  Adhere to the card front, and then apply liquid glue (glossy accents works great!) to the join lines of the patterned papers.  Cut lengths of yellow and white twine and adhere along the glue lines.
Die cut a circle from light yellow cardstock, and layer onto a larger pinked circle from a darker yellow.  Punch a heart from the darker yellow, and adhere to the pale circle.  Adhere this down over the centre of the sunburst. Give the yellow heart a generous coating of glossy accents and allow to dry.
Cut clouds from white felt and adhere to the card.  Stamp one large and one small hot air balloon image onto white cardstock, and fussy cut.  Adhere to the card as shown, layering over the clouds.
Stamp "Birthday Wishes" in brown ink onto yellow cardstock, and notch the ends into a banner shape.  Fold back on itself and slightly curve to make it dimensional - adhere to the top of the card.
This card makes my heart fel happy, it's so joyful!
